The following links and information provide guidance in proper application methods and document submittal procedures for issuance of the “Inland Polyurethane Foam Roof 10 Year Limited Product Warranty”. This warranty is not applicable to residential installations or any installation under 100 squares in size unless pre-approved in writing by Inland.
The “Attachment A” form should be used for pre-approval prior to commencing any project under 100 squares.

At project completion, please refer to the “Warranty Checklist”. This will ensure that all necessary information and documents are properly submitted.
The following Warranty and Project Forms should be completed and submitted to the Inland Coating Warranty Department. The product warranty form must be the original, signed copy.
