Metal roofs experience stress from daily temperature fluctuations. Expansion and contraction caused by thermal cycling can lead to fastener failure, leaks, and other costly damage. Constant exposure to rain, snow, and environmental elements may also cause corrosion-related issues.

When this type of damage occurs, repair or replacement eventually becomes necessary. However, a full tear-off is often costly and disruptive. That’s what makes RC-2000 such an effective solution.

Energy Efficiency

If your goal is to repair your roof, improving energy efficiency is a major advantage. As an ENERGY STAR qualified product, RC-2000 White provides high solar reflectance that helps cool metal roofs while protecting them from corrosion and environmental damage. This results in longer roof life and lower cooling costs.

Ease of Application

RC-2000 can be applied by brush, roller, or spray, with airless spray equipment delivering the best results. With an application temperature range of 40°F–110°F (4.4°–43.3°C), the window for installation is broad and flexible.

Protect Your Investment

Using RC-2000 to repair a damaged roof helps avoid a costly tear-off, but its benefits go beyond repair. When a roof is still in good condition but showing early signs of wear, applying RC-2000 proactively can extend its service life and protect your investment.

RC-2000 is a core product in Inland’s SEBS portfolio, providing resistance to acids, alkali, and salts. It protects multiple substrates from the elements while delivering a clean, professional appearance.
