Yes. We offer 10- and 15-year product and system (product and labor) warranties for a variety of commercial and industrial roof types. See the Resources tab for more information.

Power washing is normally adequate to remove dirt and other loose debris. Any material that is poorly adhered or in bad condition should be scraped off or mechanically removed and the surface should be completely dry prior to any product applications.

For metal roofs, all protrusions (air conditioners, vents etc.) on the roof should be checked and if not working, replaced. All fasteners should be checked. Stripped fasteners or badly rusted fasteners should be replaced with the next largest size or a lap screw. All seams that have a gap more than 1/8″ wide should be secured with lap screws. Proceed to power wash the surface. A detergent such as Inland’s RC-300 Cleaner/Degreaser should be sued if the roof is greasy or oily.

Although the durability of a full system application is significantly higher, Inland Coatings products are commonly used for leak repair and general roof maintenance.

No, Inland Coatings products do not require primers, saving time and creating efficiencies in your product application.

Yes. Inland Coatings CR-2100 is designed specifically for skylight applications.

Yes. RC-2000 Rubber Roof Coating is available in 12 standard colors, including white. We can also match custom colors with a minimum 100-gallon order.

A cool roof is a roof that strongly reflects visible, infrared and UV rays of the sun, dramatically reducing the temperature of the roof. Lower roof temperatures reduce air conditioning costs, minimize deterioration from exposure to the elements, and reduce heat-related expansion and contraction problems. Cool roofs also lower the heat transfer from the roof to the air, reducing the urban heat island effect.

Extended life of the current roof membrane/surface, improved energy savings, easy maintenance, and minimal business interruption during application.

We do not recommend our coating be applied to an asphalt shingled roof because shingles move, shift and curl a bit. If this happens, the coating could get punctured and this in turn would allow water to enter.
