Power washing is normally adequate to remove dirt and other loose debris.  Any material that is poorly adhered or in bad condition should be scraped off or mechanically removed and the surface should be completely dry prior to any product applications.

Although the durability of a full system application is significantly higher, Inland Coatings products are commonly used for leak repair and general roof maintenance.
