Project Description
Seal Your Single-Ply Roof Against Water and Weather

EPDM roofing is prone to leaks at the seams and penetrations due to foot traffic and weather exposure. Whether your EPDM roof is new or needs a more intense restoration, protect it with the high tensile strength of our durable coating systems.
Benefits of Coating Your EPDM Single-Ply Roof With Inland Coatings
Single-ply roofs are vulnerable to weather, wear and tear. Here’s why you should choose Inland Coatings to protect or repair your EPDM single-ply roof:
True Leak Resistance & Waterproofing
Seal and reinforce the existing membrane of your EPDM roof with a liquid rubber roof coating, protecting it against leaks. This flexible, synthetic rubber roof membrane is not only water resistant, but also resists damage from high and low temperature extremes.
UV Protection & Energy Efficiency
Our durable liquid rubber roof coating is highly reflective, earning an ENERGY STAR label for its efficiency. The white finish minimizes the roof’s surface temperature, keeping your building cooler while reducing energy costs.
Custom Colors To Fit Your Needs
Beyond our standard white coating, our RC-2000 coating comes in 11 additional color options — or we can provide custom colors to match your brand or building. Silicone roofing is available in standard colors.
Flexible Application
Our single-ply roof coatings can be used for mechanically fastened or fully adhered single-ply EPDM roofing systems.
Proven Experience
With 40 years of experience and proprietary chemistry in all of our products, Inland Coatings is the trusted name for single-ply roof restoration systems.
Application Guidelines for EPDM Single-Ply Roof Systems
Our four-step application process makes it easy to install our roof coating systems. We partner with contractors to complete all EPDM single-ply roof coating projects. Plus, contractors will provide all the necessary materials, tools, and labor to complete the job. Our four-step process is easy to follow, with no primers required for application; simply clean, seal, prep and coat the roof.

Step 1 – Clean
Power wash the roof at 2,000 PSI to remove any loose dirt and debris. Some surfaces will need a spot treatment of RC-300 cleaner.

Step 2 – Seal
Apply RC-2250 to all penetrations and potential leak points. Address all seams on EPDM surfaces with RC-2250 and/or RST-400 Seam Tape.

Step 3 – Prep
Apply RC-2012 Base Coat at .75 gallons per 100 square feet over the entire roof surface.

Step 4 – Coat
Apply the RC-2018 Top Coat at 1 gallon per 100 square feet over the entire roof surface.
