RC-2012 is a rubber base coat that provides excellent waterproofing and reinforcement of various substrates. It is a one-component product that has excellent adhesion to properly prepared surfaces. RC-2012 is thermally stable and resists cracking and peeling due to weather extremes. For long-term ultraviolet exposure, RC-2012 must be top-coated with RC-2014 Rubber Roof Coating.
